We just had our wood floors refinished by your company, and I just wanted to take a moment to tell you what a great job your guys did. The floors look greate, of course, but there is more to great service than just the final product. From my initial contact I knew that I could put my confidence in your company.

Within 2 hours of my first phone call, there was a knowledgeable estimator in my house. When I called again to change the scope of the work, he came right over within 2 hours. We scheduled the work to be done at my convenience, and the crew arrived on schedule. Several different crews came for different phases of the job, and each one had someone who could knowledgeably discuss the work with me. And each time the office staff kept me posted via telephone of thier arrival times. The crews were courteous, clean and went right to work. Problems arose along the way, but each time they worked quickly to correct the situation and the work stayed on schedule. Finally, when I phoned in a change of work order at the end of the job, a crew showed up within 2 hours to finish a job even though it wasn't on your schedule for that day.

Never before have I felt compelled to write a testimonial letter, but I feel your service warrants it. Several of our neighbors have been curious about how the work was going, and I will certainly give them my recommendation.

I am writing to inform you of a very positive experience I had with AG Floors. Last fall at the recommendation of our contractor AG Floors installed hardwood flooring in our newly joined family and living rooms. We were impressed by the dedicated staff and quality workmanship.

The office, management and work staff were very attentive during each phase of the flooring process. When we had quesiton or concerns, they responded immediatley with answers or remedies. When we phoned the office, we spoke with Yazmin, who was especially helpful and informed and scheduled work quickly.

The hardwood floors were installed, stained and finished by different crews, but all were capable and conscientious. They offered color consultation and even stained a sample of the floor in order to ensure the correct selection. They sealed off the work area to prevent dust from filtering into adjacent rooms and cleaned up at the end of the day. Even though they had a distance to travel, the crew arrived promptly and worked until thier task was completed. Our crew, Kevin and Walter, did an outstanding job.

After the floors were finished, we accidentally damaged the floor. A crew came right out, offered options to fix the floor and corrected it on the spot.

From hardwood installation to repair, our experience with AG Floors demonstrated that the company and it's employees did what was necessary to ensure the customer's satisfaction. We will confidently recommend AG Floors to family and friends.

My letter to you is to express my appreciation to your company for an excellent job and experience from beginning to end.

It is not too often that you run into a company that puts the customer and his requirements to the highest level of importance as your company did during the whole process of having all of the floors refinished in our home. This home was not ived in and the extra care that your workmen showed twoard our investment is beyond words.

When we first contacted your company you came to us with very good references from a neighbor of ours who you had refinished the floors for in 2004. We scheduled an estimate and were greeted by a prompt representative of your company named Roxana Contreras who measured our home and explained in detail all of the procedures necessary to refinish the floors and even gave us qualified recommendations in which we followed. In my expert opinion she is a true expert in her field.

After accepting your bid for the job, Jasmine Cartagena scheduled a starting time and she kept us as informed as to the exact daily starting time and what was needed by us for the project. The workmen were scheduled to start at approximatley 8:00AM on a Monday morning and they were there on time and waiting for us to arrive since it is not the home we live in. They introduced themselves to us as Rosali Amaya and Jorge Molina. We instructed them we did not live in the house and would entrust the keys to them and showed them all the necessary locking procedures necessary for securing the home daily. Thier securing our property daily goes without words and is a tribute to your company. The job was scheduled for four (4) working days and was completed in three days and in a very professional manner. The quality of the work is the best I have ever seen. Your two workers are true professionals in my opinion and after spending over 25 years as a Building Inspector for the Federal Government I think I am qualified to make that statement.

My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone for floor work. Please put a copy of this letter in the above mentioned Staffs' personal folders for future reference.

They did a terrific job with our floors and with repairing some damage to the old floors.
